Periodic Maintenance and Repair

To ensure that your facilities operate continuously and with high performance, we offer comprehensive maintenance and repair services focusing on the most critical points of the system. Within the scope of mechanical and hydraulic overhauls, we perform detailed inspections of main drive units, rescue motors, reducers, and hydraulic line tensioning systems—the heart of cable car systems. We replace worn critical parts with original spare parts in accordance with manufacturer standards, thereby preventing mechanical fatigue and performance losses. Furthermore, during grip and sheave maintenance, which forms the basis of system safety, we meticulously examine the mechanisms connecting cabins or chairs to the rope. We measure the spring pressing forces (slip resistance) of the grips with millimetric devices to ensure a secure hold. We also check the rotation sensitivities of sheave assemblies, perform rubber liner replacements and axle alignments, offering a vibration-free working environment that extends the life of the rope. Finally, during our electronic tests and safety maintenance processes conducted for safe operation, we test automation panels, speed controllers, and line communication networks. By practically simulating wind sensors, station safety switches, and emergency hydraulic braking scenarios on-site, we certify that all electronic safety loops operate at full capacity, bringing your facilities up to 100% safety standards.
